Welcome to Pace Flow ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. Pace Flow is a 100% offline application — we have no servers, no backend, and no internet connectivity whatsoever. All your data exists only on your device and never leaves it.

2. 数据使用

Pace Flow does not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on external servers. All information stays on your device. Here's how we use data locally:

Approximate Location (Optional)

  • Purpose: Detect your local currency when adding transactions
  • How it works: Used once in real-time, then immediately discarded
  • Storage: NEVER stored, NEVER uploaded — we have no servers
  • Network: No internet connection is made — location is processed 100% locally
  • Control: You can enable or disable this in Settings anytime

Transaction Records

  • Purpose: Store your expense and income records
  • Storage: Stored 100% locally on your device using Apple's secure frameworks
  • Network: NEVER uploaded anywhere — we have no servers to upload to
  • Control: Delete the app to permanently remove all data

3. 我们不收集的信息

We want to be clear about what we do not collect:

  • No account registration or login required
  • No email addresses or personal identifiers
  • No credit card numbers or payment details
  • No usage analytics or tracking
  • No data shared with third parties
  • No cloud sync or server uploads
  • No internet connection required to use the app

4. 应用内购买

Pace Flow offers optional in-app purchases (subscriptions and lifetime access). All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address. For information about how Apple handles your payment data, please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. 本地存储与安全

All your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure data storage frameworks (SwiftData). Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode protection.

Because Pace Flow has no servers and makes no network connections, there is zero risk of data breaches from our side — we simply have no way to access your data.

6. 数据删除

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

  • To delete all data: Simply delete the Pace Flow app from your device
  • To delete specific records: Use the app's built-in delete function

We do not retain any copies of your data, so once deleted from your device, it is permanently gone.

7. 儿童隐私

Pace Flow does not collect any personal information from any users, including children. Since the app works entirely offline with no data collection, it is safe for users of all ages.

8. 政策变更

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
